Independent Local Social Economy Network > About
"Social Economy relates to those Community & Volunteering organisations that offer services with primarily social objectives and whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the community, rather than being driven by the need to maximise profit for shareholders and owners."
The role of the ILSE Network is to allow you the community and volunteering organisations who deliver health and social services in West Dunbartonshire to have direct input on local service delivery policy, and how these services are planned and funded.
You will find links to Community Planning, Community Health Partnership and the West Dunbartonshire Community & Volunteering policy Forward Together under the sub section
