Charges & Conditions

Terms and conditions of hire:

Bookings should be made through the events section: events@wdcvs.com

Provisional bookings will be held for one month. Confirmation of bookings should be made in writing or e-mail events@wdcvs.com

Cancellations
Should confirmed bookings be cancelled, the following charges apply:

5 working days notice 50% of total room hire
48 hours notice 100% of the total room hire.

Charges
WDCVS reserves the right to alter prices or other details shown in its brochure without notice. All charges are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Invoicing
A detailed invoice for all conference and catering services will be sent directly after the event.

Payment
Payment in full is required within 30 days. Delays in payment may incur interest charges.

General conditions
WDCVS will on request accept goods placed in its care but these goods are accepted entirely at the owner’s risk. Should WDCVS for any reason beyond its control be unable to fulfil its commitments, it will not be liable for damages or compensation.

Organisers of events held on WDCVS premises must ensure that their activities and those of their participants conform to Health and Safety practices.

WDCVS operates a no smoking policy throughout its premises.
